Who we are

PARIJATA LTD (trading as Parijata Labs), registered in Cyprus under no. ΗΕ 499500, with its registered office at 20 Dimotikis Agoras, 6021 Larnaca, Cyprus, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@parijatalabs.ai.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form: name, email, organisation (optional), topic and message, used to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
  • Patient interest register: name, email and country, used only to tell you about future studies or updates. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not collect health information through this website.
  • Email correspondence: whatever you choose to send us, used to handle your request.
  • Technical data: our host processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website. Transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Web3Forms receives what you submit through our contact and patient forms and forwards it to our email.
  • Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) stores our email. Switzerland has an EU adequacy decision.

When you follow a link to Cal.com (booking calls), Substack (newsletter) or social media, those services process your data under their own privacy policies.

We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract (then as required by law). Patient interest register: until you withdraw or the register closes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@parijatalabs.ai. You may also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy) or the authority in your EU country.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and fonts are served from our own domain. Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse; these do not require consent. That is why you do not see a cookie banner. If we add analytics or embedded third-party content in future, we will update this notice and ask for consent where required.
